Rental Rates 2015 and 2016
Rental rates start from £200 per week in low season to £300 per week in High Season. Please ask for a quote, we often have special rates for early or last minute bookings.
The main holiday season is from the beginning of May to the end of October.
We are flexible on arrival/departure days.
The rental price includes all water, electricity and air conditioning, cleaning before and after your stay, and a welcome pack of basic provisions if you choose to request it. Towels for the apartment are provided, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Please note there are six bed spaces, and the apartment is equipped with everything you will need for six people, however in our opinion it is a little cramped for 6 adults, A family party of adults and children should find the accommodation sufficient. We are flexible on this, please contact us if you wish to discuss it.
We can arrange a clean & laundry change during your stay if required at a cost of £25 payable locally. There is a plentiful supply of towels and bedding in the apartment if you wish to change your laundry yourselves.
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £80. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. We also require a security deposit of £50 payable with the balance which will normally be refunded within one week of your return, providing there are no breakages.
We strongly advise you take out appropriate travel insurance.
