Begonvilla Apartment
The apartment is in a rural, peaceful location, surrounded by mountains in a small development of sixteen apartments with a large swimming pool, less than a pleasant ten minute stroll from the resort centre and the blue flag beach. Set in beautiful established gardens, it is surrounded by farmland, where the most common sounds are those of cockerels' crowing, and goats bleating. You also have the comfort of knowing our friendly English agent is in the village, should you have any problems or queries, just a phone call away!
As of summer 2014 you will only need to take a few steps outside the complex to experience the true sights and sounds of village life, one day a week when the market sets up in its new position in front of the complex! Here you can stock up on locally grown salads and fruit to enjoy with your barbeques or lunch on the balcony!
The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom two twin beds. The lounge has a comfortable double sofa-bed. The kitchenette is situated in the open-plan lounge/diner, it is very well equipped with good quality crockery and utensils and plenty of wine glasses! There is a two ring electric hob, a toaster, microwave and water cooler, the fridge is particularly large for a holiday apartment, and a barbeque is available for your use. There is air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, and a wall mounted fan in the second bedroom. There is also a sunny balcony, overlooking farmland. The apartment also has a Ipod Docking Station/CD player, washing machine, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There is also a safe to keep passports and cash in.

The apartment being on the end of the block, is in a prime position on the complex. The lounge is particularly light and airy as it has the benefit of a side window, with a lovely view over the swimming pool. The large pool is located right next to the apartment, and the front door is just a few yards from the steps into the pool! There is a brick built barbeque for communal use by the pool. The apartment is also equipped with four sunbeds and a parasol.
